Welcome to Spirited Nutrition,
Hi, I’m Cydney, a holistic life coach + yoga teacher. I work with women who are navigating the crossroads of mid-life. Women who want to be more authentic, vibrant, and energized. They want greater wellbeing on a physical, emotional, and spiritual level. These women, perhaps like you, are smart and capable, but tired. Tired of trying to get healthy, trying to lose weight, trying to sleep better, trying to exercise, and tired of feeling stressed and overwhelmed. They are worried about aging gracefully because they don’t seem to know how to make the changes that stick, or even where to start. And that’s where Spirited Nutrition comes in.
Spirited Nutrition has grown out of my personal path to authentic wellbeing. I’ve raised two children and gone through my share of major life events that challenged my wellbeing, and along the way, I found practices and choices that truly nourished me. I’ve come to understand that wellbeing is an intention, and the path to creating it comes from the choices we make in the present moment. Spirited Nutrition has evolved as I’ve worked and taught 100’s of clients, and through my work with the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, where I’ve coached and mentored 1,000’s of individuals from around the globe.
I consider myself a bit of a wellness cowgirl, I believe it’s more important to find your own way than follow someone else’s path to wellbeing. I draw from various dietary theories when working with my clients, sprinkling in yogic and personal development teachings while listening and being present to them. I believe in your ability to transform and make a change in your life. That the path to greater wellbeing starts from where you are, in the present moment.
I will support and guide you to cultivate self-awareness, get clear on your choices, and take action to create your own path to authentic wellbeing now and into the future.

This program is designed for individuals living a full and busy life. It provides guidelines, recommendations, recipes, worksheets, checklists, and support - everything you need to get started and stay focused for the entire 21-day cleanse.
The Reboot program is not about improving yourself. It’s about being yourself - the authentic, vibrant you buried beneath the stress, overwhelm, and daily habits and choices that can weigh you down.
