Special Yoga Nidra classes are scheduled for November 24 and December 22. Each class is $15 and 75 minutes in length. Both classes are included in the Wellness Wednesday Yoga Series. A link to join the class will be sent at 5:30 PM prior to class with registration. Please use or send the correct email with registration.
